3. Profit Sharing

The profit-sharing agreement will be outlined in a separate document signed by both parties. This document will detail the specific percentages and conditions of the profit-sharing arrangement.

4. Property Sale

50KRehab will be responsible for marketing and selling the renovated property. The sale process will be managed by 50KRehab, and the agreed-upon profit-sharing will be executed upon successful sale.

All relevant disclosures regarding the property, including any known issues or defects, will be made transparently to both parties.
